The Kenyan housing landscape is evolving rapidly. On the one hand, businesses have to deal with increasingly constrained resources – be it land, affordable finance or raw materials. On the other hand, demanding customers and markets are increasingly edging for an innovative approach to sustainability.
The concept of a circular economy aims to present a solution to this challenge by combining revenue with social impact. It enables businesses to grow and prosper while keeping the environment and society intact, ensuring growth for themselves as well as future generations.
To benchmark our thinking we’ve concentrated the following projects to date:
Tungo Place encompasses the dreams and aspirations of modern living and Smart housing. A 5.4 acre multi-dwelling residential estate located in Kibichiku, comprising of 900 units: Two & Three Bedroom Apartments within a gated compound.
The project, which borders a river, envisions open spaces and a nature-defined architecture.
